About Paula Morris
Paula Morris is VP for Operational Excellence within the eCommerce and Retail Business Unit of DHL Supply Chain. An experienced logistics professional, she has spent more than 25 years in the industry working across multiple sectors. In her current role, Paula leads the Operational Excellence agenda for eCommerce and Retail and is responsible for leading improvement activity across a diverse customer base. This activity includes the drive of productivity and efficiency within core operations in addition to supporting new and existing customers with large scale automation and transformation agendas. Paula is a Diversity, Inclusion, Equity and Belonging champion and as a veteran, a proud member of DHL''s Military Steering Group which aims to help and support veterans and reservists within the Organisation.
